Description: Toggles flipped turret placement ON / OFF for the player.

"Flipped turret placement is now ON."

"Flipped turret placement is now OFF."

"You need VIP access to use this command." (if no permission)

placement: Must be standing on the ceiling and placed for the auto turret to flip underneath.
